We want to radically change
people’s expectations
of ice cream.

Our ice cream breaks convention, and to break convention we constantly find new ways to refine our craft. From the tools we use, to the ingredients we select, everything has been meticulously planned and sourced by us for the finest results.

To produce ice cream that is unique, true to flavour and tastes amazing, we focus a lot of our time on our ingredients, whether we are hand-selecting the best Sicilian blood oranges at peak season, making our own honeycomb, or sourcing the freshest milk direct from The Estate Dairy for our Fior di Latte.

You shouldn't settle for second best,
and neither do we.

The focus we place on production methodologies gives us numerous benefits; among them allowing us to work with ingredients in their purest form, and opening up sourcing opportunities.

As we make our own nut pastes, we source nuts direct giving us higher quality results which you can taste in the final product, as well as added transparency in our supply chain. This approach we take on all our flavours, prepping fruits, making fruit juices, cooking ripple sauces, all are made by us in-house, always fresh.

Our passion to innovate, tinker and imagine, is why we continually work with many prestigious customers across the country.

For the past twelve years we’ve been producing our ice creams and sorbets for many of London’s top restaurants, as well as some of the city’s most influential chefs. We’re now excited to bring you a range of our finest flavours with the opening of our first parlour. Being a stone’s throw away from Sloane Square station, we’re situated on Pavilion Road, amongst many other artisan delights.

We currently supply many of London’s most prestigious restaurants, hotels, pubs and caterers. We’re confident that both you and your customers will love our ice cream too, so contact us for some free samples, or to arrange a visit to our production facility.

Our ice creams come in a range of sizes, from 4L plastic tubs, sorbets in 2L plastic tubs, and retail in 500ml and 120ml waxed cardboard tubs. We also produce 4.5L Napoli trays used in ice cream display freezers.

We do next-day deliveries throughout London, Monday to Friday, all year round, and can also deliver to surrounding counties. Simply order by phone or email and we will deliver to you.
